While we here at VeloDramatic strive to achieve the highest in customer satisfaction, there may be instances where, through a mistake on our part, or the client's leads to a return or a refund request. As it stands, here is our current policy:
- Refunds must be requested via phone call or email ONLY within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will only be given for legitimate reasons i.e., Wrong color, wrong size, wrong frame, etc. from those ordered. Not for reasons such as, personal money problems, slight variations in color from picture, etc.
- All exchanges must be shipped, at client's expense with a prepaid shipping return label.
- All exchanges must be in unbuilt, unopened packaging.
- All exchanges must be approved on a case by case basis.
